This position is responsible for providing administrative duties to the Project Manager/Project Executive on the Green Line Extension Project.
Reports To: Project Manager/Project Executive
Status: Full Time/Hourly
· Update and work within various excel spread sheets
· Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate person
· Other duties may include filing, record keeping, data entry, and performing a variety of other office tasks
The ideal candidate should have a professional presentation and pleasant demeanor, a minimum of 2 years administrative experience, a high school diploma, and strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite. The candidate should also have the ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with co-workers, represent the company professionally with a positive outlook, and be a dedicated, detail oriented and hardworking individual as well as an outstanding team player with strong interpersonal skills.
