The Marketing Co-Op will be an integral part of our Marketing Team and will be responsible for handling research and project work.
Reports To: Preconstruction Team
Status: Full Time, Hourly
- Research new Construction projects and perform competitive analysis.
- Review business development opportunities within multiple geographical locations and document specific requirements.
- Develop action plans for department projects and assist with business plans.
- Work collaboratively with internal staff and vendors.
- Marketing or Business Major.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office with advanced Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
