TMC has recently started our 2093 GOAA Loop Road Project while recently completing the 2094 Cessna Apron Expansion Project, both of which are located at the Orlando International Airport.
The $6.6 million Loop Road project started in November 2017 with the relocation of an entry roadway and turn lanes for an emergency gate relocation entering the secured airfield. The emergency gate relocation work includes earthwork, storm drainage, new asphalt/concrete pavement and secured gate equipment. Asphalt milling and resurfacing work on the airport loop road and terminal access roads began in January and includes 30,000 tons of new asphalt, storm inlet replacement and lighting improvements.
This high-profile project requires significant off hour MOT coordination due to the importance of traffic flow in and out of the Orlando International Airport. GOAA has already recognized TMC’s professionalism and quality during this difficult work and is potentially adding more work to the project.
