Human Resources Intern

Position Summary:

The Human Resources Clerk is responsible for handling daily administrative duties for the Human Resources Department and Recruiter as required.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for applicant tracking (entering and maintaining all applications)
  • Answering and returning calls to prospective candidates
  • Supporting HR Administrator, Recruiter, as needed
  • Interacting with clients, visitors, and vendors as required for HR Department
  • Special project based work
  • Filing, record keeping, data entry, and performing a variety of other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • 2nd year Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Management preferred
  • Strong knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office and Viewpoint a plus

Necessary Attributes:

  • Must possess the ability to adapt to different personalities and management styles
  • Team player and with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Dedicated and hard working
  • Excellent organizational skills
