  • Concrete road pavement, milling and resurfacing and a concrete traffic separator.
  • Roadway and parking lot striping, lighting and signage.
  • Erosion control measures including silt fencing, floating, turbidity, barriers, and inlet protection.

  • Schedule and order changes due to multiple bulletins.
  • Delay of shop drawing approval process due to design changes.
  • Power duct bank installed shallower in some areas which could conflict with Middlesex’s utilities including budgeted construction means and methods.
  • Accelerated schedule to meet STC opening date.
