This self-performance capability allows us to tightly manage safety, cost, schedule, and quality – all with the goal of providing cost-effective solutions and constructing our projects on time.
Our self-performance capabilities are significant and include earthwork, demolition, pile-driving, all underground work including sewer, water, drainage and utilities, concrete, beam erection, and asphalt and concrete paving. Our Energy Division capabilities cover both gas and electrical transmission and distribution scopes. Our Learning and Development group provides comprehensive, ongoing training for both our craftspeople and our managerial Team Members, including Operator Qualification training and certification as required for our Energy Division.
Our two full-service equipment maintenance facilities keep our fleet operating at peak efficiency, minimizing down time and ensuring that our projects operate at maximum productivity – with the goal of safely providing cost and schedule certainty.
