The Liberty Utilities New Hampshire MSA Project is a five-year unit price contract for the installation and replacement of gas mains and services across Liberty’s coverage area.
Work orders are given and treated as separate projects and range anywhere from the installation of random new services for system growth to new mains and replacements.
