Boston-Winchester 115KV HPPF Duct & Cable Install Mystic To Woburn
The Middlesex Corporation is furnishing and installing a complete 14,720’ trenching and duct bank installation, the installation of an 115kV High-Pressure Fluid-Filled Pipe-Type (HPFF) cable system and installation of fiber optic cable.
This work includes obtaining construction permits from local municipalities, construction survey, trenching, backfilling, traffic control, site restoration, cable pipe, splice manholes, handholes, cathodic protection system, communication ducts, and all related materials. The work also includes micro tunnel work (including construction and removal, of the jacking / receiving pits) at the Sullivan Square MBTA tracks and a pipe jacking (including construction and removal, of the jacking / receiving pits) at the Wedgemere Station MBTA tracks.
