- Grading and roadway improvements
- Maintenance of traffic for road closures during road construction.
- Concrete road pavement, milling and resurfacing and a concrete traffic separator.
- Roadway and parking lot striping, lighting and signage.
- Erosion control measures including silt fencing, floating, turbidity, barriers, and inlet protection.
- Utility improvements
Unique Challenges
- Schedule and order changes due to multiple bulletins.
- Delay of shop drawing approval process due to design changes.
- Power duct bank installed shallower in some areas which could conflict with Middlesex’s utilities including budgeted construction means and methods.
- Accelerated schedule to meet STC opening date.
