Our comprehensive approach to safety starts on Day One. Every new Team Member receives a detailed HSE orientation and that journey continues through every step of their career at Middlesex. We open every single meeting with a safety discussion and integrate HSE best practices into every operation we undertake. Our goal is for Middlesex to be one of the best places to work, with safety as the foundation.

Craft Leadership in Safety (CLS) further supports and extends the established culture of ‘Safety first in everything we do!” at Middlesex. CLS is designed to offer team members direct conduit to be heard and take ownership of their colleagues and their own safety on project sites. The foundation of CLS focuses on effective communication; leveraging daily huddles, internal newsletters, training, and best practices.
