As part of the expansion of Orlando Airport, The Middlesex Corporation was contracted to construct a new parking lot, restroom facility, and the Return to Terminal Roadway.
The project scope included the demolition of the existing portable restroom facility, and the construction of a new, expanded facility. In addition to the new Cell Lot, a Taxi Hold and Bus Hold Lot was constructed, requiring the excavation and replacement of a large amount of muck. Other items included a covered outdoor seating area, communications ductbank, sanitary lift station, and piping.
