This project was part of Jackson Laborartory’s conversion of an existing building to a vivarium, in Ellsworth, Maine. Our scope included providing a redundant fuel system to feed the heating needs of the upgraded facility.
This project scope included complete design-build installation of a dual fuel system for a biomedical facility in Ellesworth, Maine. The system install included furnishing and installation of a 40,000 gallon underground liquid propane tank and a 40,000 gallon #2 fuel oil tank, along with all of the associated pumps, piping, vaporization apparatus, electric service, and testing/commissioning.
